#4 Experiment

To enjoy love making more, you’ve got to experiment a lot! Try out new positions, new situations, and new techniques. When it comes to it, there’s so much to explore! Experimenting is healthy for a relationship. Your partner will love it. She would feel great to see your interest.
Loss of interest in is mainly because of lack of experimentation. The purpose is the same for all but the ways are many. Why stick to only a few?  As long as you have the desire, EXPERIMENT!

#3 Play

Without proper activity, you won’t feel hungry and you won’t sleep deep. Now that’s going to affect the sex you have. To have the best, you got to get a few things right. You got to eat healthy, sleep a lot, and play around. The running and the skipping helps a lot.
The idea is to remain active all the time. Exercise definitely helps. However it’s better if you are playing a game regularly or swimming. Playing powers your body and mind. It eases tension. Play every day and the game gets better in bed. Enjoy the way it’s enjoyed.

#2 Eat Healthy

Eating healthy and eating right is another determinant of how good you will perform in bed. Stay away from junk food and the oily fries. Eat the veggies and the salads that would clear up your system of the toxins and boost the blood flow to your vital organs.
More importantly, you got to eat on time. The trick is to spread your meals in such a way that your system is always up and running. That way you are healthy, which means your sexual drive is always on, which again means great love making sessions! What are you munching, eh?

#1 Sleep

Less sleep means less of good sex. Sleep problems can wreak havoc on your sexual intimacy with your partner. Absence of sleep also affects the stamina of the male. However, that does not mean people with sleep problems, such as sleep apnea and snoring, will have a shoddy love life.
All you have to do is get the optimum sleep and you will be ready in bed always (albeit when you are not sleeping!) Sleep is a very important aspect that if neglected affects every sphere of our lives. So get that sleep. Make her squirm in pleasure!
